I work in a large insurance agency, and I have to say that I am absolutely worn out with all the political conversations in the office. What worries me is my boss is the worst offender. Every day he shares the most recent political highlights with me, and it is obvious which political party he favors. Unfortunately, I don’t share his opinions. Any tips on avoiding political issues, especially with my boss?
